1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Refund & Return Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Products & Services

Dynamic Kreations by TreeC specializes in custom, personalized, and handmade products, including but not limited to:

  • 3D printed items
  • Apparel
  • Tumblers
  • Home décor
  • Gifts
  • Accessories
  • Seasonal collections
  • Party favors

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, sizing, and finish may occur. These variations make each item unique and are not considered defects.

3. Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders require accurate information from the customer.

By submitting artwork, names, logos, or other personalized information, you confirm that you have permission to use those materials.

Dynamic Kreations by TreeC is not responsible for customer-submitted errors, including:

  • Misspelled names
  • Incorrect dates
  • Wrong colors selected
  • Incorrect sizing
  • Incorrect shipping information

Please carefully review all order details before submitting your order.

4. Order Processing

Processing times vary depending on the product.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Ready-to-ship items generally ship within 2–5 business days.
  • Made-to-order and custom items generally require 7–10 business days before shipping.
  • Large, bulk, or specialty orders may require additional production time.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

5. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Promotions, discounts, and sales cannot be applied to previous purchases unless otherwise stated.

6. Payment

Payment is required before production begins.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully processed.

7. Shipping

Dynamic Kreations by TreeC currently ships orders using UPS and FedEx.

Processing times are listed on each product page. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Shipping transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Dynamic Kreations by TreeC is not responsible for delays caused by UPS, FedEx, weather, holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
  • Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products:

  • Custom and personalized items are non-refundable.
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or the incorrect item was sent.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund when applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, logos, graphics, product listings, and website content are the property of Dynamic Kreations by TreeC unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dynamic Kreations by TreeC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

11. User Conduct

Customers agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to interfere with website security.
  • Submit fraudulent orders.
  • Upload content that infringes upon another person’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

12. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun.

Once production has started on a custom or personalized order, cancellations cannot be accepted.

13. Product Colors

We make every effort to display product colors accurately.

However, actual colors may vary due to differences in monitor, phone, or tablet display settings.

14. Changes to These Terms

Dynamic Kreations by TreeC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon being posted to this website.
